READY FOR PLAYFIGHT'S 8TH BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION?

Join us on Playfight's 8th anniversary for a special evening of embodied connection, heartfelt Playfight encounters, and the premiere of a brand new short film highlighting the therapeutic and self-development potential of Playfight. This evening will be a celebration of the Playfight practice (Matteo Tangi Lineage) and the community that has grown around it.

We'll begin with guided exercises to bring us into the present moment, calming our bodies and connecting with the space around us. Through Playfight, we’ll move, explore our physical strength, and discover new emotional and relational insights, all while playing and engaging with one another in a heart-centered way.

The highlight of the evening will be the premiere of a beautiful 20-minute film that Playfight has created, focusing on how Playfight can support emotional growth and foster deeper human connection. We’ll watch the film together, surrounded by soft cushions, blankets,…
